Privacy Policy

Effective May 18, 2026. This explains what Bandwagon collects, how Julio uses it, how advertising tools may use cookies, and what users can do about it.

Quick Version

Bandwagon collects account, preference, and usage data needed to personalize the site, run Julio, and keep the product working.

What We Collect

Account, preference, and usage data

Bandwagon may collect your name, email address, authentication provider details, and account identifier through Clerk when you sign in.

Bandwagon also stores your selected sports, teams, and favorite players so Julio can personalize your homepage and favorite-player experience.

The site may store session and profile data in browser storage to keep you signed in locally and keep your settings available between visits.

Bandwagon may also use cookies, browser storage, analytics signals, server logs, and similar technologies to keep the product working, understand traffic, prevent abuse, and improve the experience.

How We Use It

Operate the site and answer questions

Bandwagon uses your data to run sign-in, save profile preferences, personalize homepage content, build favorite-player cards, and answer Julio questions.

If you use Ask Julio or Julio Search, your question may be used to pull current sports data, links, schedules, and news sources while building the result or sending you to a search destination.

Bandwagon may use service providers such as Clerk, Vercel, ESPN endpoints, Google News RSS, Google AdSense, and analytics or infrastructure providers to operate the product.

Sharing

Service providers, not resale

Bandwagon does not currently describe itself as selling personal information. Data may be shared with infrastructure and product providers that help run the service.

Those providers can include authentication, hosting, analytics, logging, advertising, and AI-response vendors used to deliver the site.

Bandwagon may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to investigate abuse of the service.

Third Parties

Outside sources and links

Bandwagon links out to original publishers and data sources throughout the product. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

If you click through to a source, watch page, profile page, or outside publisher, your use of that destination is governed by that destination’s own terms and policies.

Advertising

Google ads, cookies, and ad choices

Bandwagon may display ads through Google AdSense or other advertising partners. Google and third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, measure ad performance, limit repeated ads, detect fraud, and personalize ads where allowed.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to Bandwagon and/or other sites on the internet. Users can learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use Google services at Google's partner sites policy.

You can manage Google ad personalization at My Ad Center. You may also be able to limit cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may work differently if cookies or storage are disabled.

Publisher Links

Article previews promote the original source

Bandwagon shows brief article previews, source labels, and links to outside publishers so users can discover and read the full story from the original publisher.

Those publishers and data providers may have their own privacy practices, cookies, subscriptions, advertising, and terms once you leave Bandwagon.

Your Choices

Review, change, or delete your setup

You can update your sports, teams, and favorite-player selections from your account flow.

You can sign out and clear local browser storage, but some information may remain with service providers or server logs for security and operational reasons.

If you need help with access, correction, or deletion requests, contact juliofrombandwagon@gmail.com.

Children

Not intended for children under 13

Bandwagon is not intended for children under 13, and the site is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
